Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act and Dingell-Johnson Sport Fish Restoration Act District of Columbia Equality Act of 2026''. SEC. 2. TREATMENT OF DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA UNDER PITTMAN-ROBERTSON WILDLIFE RESTORATION ACT AND DINGELL-JOHNSON SPORT FISH RESTORATION ACT. (a) Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act.--The Pittman- Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act (16 U.S.C. 669 et seq.) is amended-- (1) in section 2 (16 U.S.C. 669a)-- (A) by redesignating paragraphs (6) through (11) as paragraphs (7) through (12), respectively; and (B) by inserting after paragraph (5) the following: ``(6) the term `State' means each of the several States and the District of Columbia;''; and (2) in section 4 (16 U.S.C. 669c)-- (A) in subsection (b), by striking ``several''; (B) in subsection (d)(1)(A), by striking ``District of Columbia and to the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, each'' and inserting ``Commonwealth of Puerto Rico,''; and (C) in subsection (e)(5), by
