Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. TRANSFER OF FEDERAL LAND IN HARPERS FERRY, WEST VIRGINIA. (a) Transfer From DOI to CBP.-- (1) In general.--Administrative jurisdiction over the approximately 25 acres of Federal land in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, generally depicted as ``Area to be Transferred to CBP'' on the Map, is transferred from the Secretary to the Commissioner. (2) Administration.--The land transferred under paragraph (1) shall be administered as part of U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Advanced Training Center in accordance with applicable law. (3) Exclusion from harpers ferry national historical park.--The Secretary shall adjust the boundaries of the Park to exclude the land transferred under paragraph (1).
