Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``BECCS Advancement Commission Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. BIOENERGY WITH CARBON CAPTURE AND STORAGE ADVANCEMENT COMMISSION. (a) Establishment.--There is established in the Department of Agriculture a commission to be known as the ``Bioenergy with Carbon Capture and Storage Advancement Commission'' or the ``BECCS Advancement Commission''. (b) Membership.--The Commission shall be composed of the following members: (1) The Under Secretary of Agriculture for Rural Development. (2) The Chief of the Forest Service, or a designee of the Chief under the supervision of the Chief. (3) The Director of the Bureau of Land Management, or a designee of the Director under the supervision of the Director. (4) The Director of the Bioenergy Technologies Office of the Department of Energy, or
