Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``STOCK Act 2.0''. SEC. 2. REPORTING OF APPLICATIONS FOR, OR RECEIPT OF, PAYMENTS FROM FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. (a) In General.--Section 13103 of title 5, United States Code, is amended
