Relating to deputy district attorneys.
The Act tells DAS to look at whether the state can fund the salaries of deputy district attorneys and make a report. (Flesch Readability Score: 65.2). Requires the Oregon Department of Administrative Services to study the possibility of the state funding the salaries of deputy district attorneys. Directs the department to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to the judiciary not later than September 15, 2026. Sunsets on January 2, 2027.
