Relating to reimbursement rates for air ambulance services.
The Act tells OHA to make changes to the rates for reimbursing air ambulance services. (Flesch Readability Score: 67.5). Requires the Oregon Health Authority and coordinated care organizations to provide reimbursement for air ambulance services provided to medical assistance recipients at rates in accordance with the national Ambulance Inflation Factor.
