Relating to motor vehicle emission standards.

This Act stops the EQC from adopting, and stops the DEQ from enforcing, California rules that require some trucks sold in the state to have no emissions. (Flesch Readability Score: 60.3). Prohibits the Environmental Quality Commission from adopting motor vehicle emission standards to implement California standards requiring that some or all medium- or heavy-duty vehicles sold in the state be zero-emission vehicles. Prohibits the Department of Environmental Quality from enforcing such standards adopted prior to the effective date of the Act.
