Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``VA Data Transparency and Trust Act''. SEC. 2. IMPROVEMENTS TO ANNUAL REPORTS ON THE VETERANS BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION AND THE VETERANS HEALTH ADMINISTRATION. (a) VHA Report.--Section 7330B of title 38, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: ``Sec. 7330B. Annual report on Veterans Health Administration and furnishing of hospital care, medical services, and nursing home care ``(a) Report Required.--During the period beginning on the date of the enactment of the VA Data Transparency and Trust Act and ending on the date that is five years after such date, the Secretary shall submit to the Committees on Veterans' Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Senate a report on, for the calendar year preceding the calendar year during which the report is submitted-- ``(1) the furnishing of hospital care, medical services, and nursing home care under the laws administered by the Secretary; and ``(2) the administ
