Relating to transfer of federal public lands.

This Act tells the Department of State Lands to ask the U.S. government to transfer some U.S. public lands to the state. (Flesch Readability Score: 76.8). Requires the Department of State Lands to petition the United States Congress for the transfer of certain public lands. Requires the department to manage the transferred lands as trustee for the benefit of counties where the lands are sited.
