Relating to renewable energy facility waste.

This Act requires the DEQ to study the impacts of waste from solar or wind energy facilities. (Flesch Readability Score: 60.1). Requires the Department of Environmental Quality to study the impacts of waste from solar or wind renewable energy facilities. Directs the department to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to the environment not later than September 15, 2026.
