Relating to the status of renewable energy projects in Oregon.

Makes the PUC do a study on the status of renewable energy projects in this state, including any failures. Makes the PUC submit a report on its findings. (Flesch Readability Score: 62.7). Requires the Public Utility Commission to investigate the status of renewable energy projects in Oregon, including any project failures. Directs the commission to submit its findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to energy no later than September 15, 2026. Sunsets January 2, 2027.
