Relating to sex offender risk assessments.
The Act gives money to the parole board to get rid of the sex offender risk assessment backlog. (Flesch Readability Score: 71.0). Appropriates moneys to the State Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision for purposes of eliminating the backlog of sex offenders who have not yet been assessed and placed into a risk level.
