The Act tells OED to do a study on the maritime workforce. The Act tells OED to turn in a report by a certain date. (Flesch Readability Score: 89.2). Requires the Employment Department to study issues related to the maritime workforce in this state. Directs the department to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to business and labor no later than September 15, 2026. Sunsets on January 2, 2027.
