Relating to agency offices.
The Act tells DAS to study some ways agencies with remote employees can use office space. (Flesch Readability Score: 68.9). Requires the Oregon Department of Administrative Services to study options for agencies with remote work agreements to consolidate office space with other agencies and sell or lease unoccupied office space in state buildings. Directs the department to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to public administration no later than September 15, 2026. Sunsets on January 2, 2027.
