This bill makes OHCS study housing for people with substance use disorders. (Flesch Readability Score: 64.9). Requires the Housing and Community Services Department to study housing for individuals with substance use disorders and submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to housing no later than September 15, 2026.
