Relating to medical assistance reimbursement of behavioral health services; prescribing an effective date.

The Act tells OHA to set minimum rates for reimbursing providers of mental health and SUD treatment. (Flesch Readability Score: 60.1). Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
