Relating to funding for marine cleanup.

The Act would direct the Department of State Lands to study how to fund the cleanup of the public waterways in this state. The Act would require a report of the study to be submitted next year. Directs the department to submit a report of the study to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to the use of the state's public waterways no later than September 15, 2026. Sunsets January 2, 2027.
