Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``National Fire Academy Reporting Act''. SEC. 2. ANNUAL REPORT REGARDING COURSES AND PROGRAMS OFFERED BY THE NATIONAL ACADEMY FOR FIRE PREVENTION AND CONTROL. Section 7 of the Federal Fire Prevention and Control Act of 1974 (15 U.S.C. 2206) is amended-- (1) by redesignating subsection (n) as subsection (o); and (2) by inserting after subsection (m) the following new subsection: ``(n) Annual Report.--Not later than November 30 of every year beginning with November 30 of the first full year that occurs after the date of the enactment of this subsection, the Administrator shall submit to Congress a report regarding courses and programs offered by the Academy during the immediately preceding fiscal year.
