Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``National Fire Academy Reimbursement for Emergency Service Course Unavailability and Expenses Act'' or the ``National Fire Academy RESCUE Act''. SEC. 2. REIMBURSEMENT OF CERTAIN EXPENSES DURING A LAPSE IN APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE NATIONAL ACADEMY FOR FIRE PREVENTION AND CONTROL. (a) Reimbursement of Certain Expenses.--Section 7 of the Federal Fire Prevention and Control Act of 1974 (15 U.S.C. 2206) is amended-- (1) by redesignating subsection (n) as subsection (o); and (2) by inserting after subsection (m) the following new subsection: ``(n) Reimbursement of Certain Expenses.-- ``(1) In general.--With respect to a covered course or activi
