Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Western Economic Security Today Act of 2025'' or the ``WEST Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. WITHDRAWAL OF BLM RULE. The final rule based on the proposed rule of the Bureau of Land Management entitled ``Conservation and Landscape Health'' (88 Fed. Reg. 19583 (April 3, 2023)) shall have no force or effect. <all>
