Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``American-Hellenic-Israeli Eastern Mediterranean Counterterrorism and Maritime Security Partnership Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. PURPOSE. The purpose of this Act is to enhance counterterrorism and maritime security cooperation and training within the ``3+1'' structure between the United States, Israel, Greece, and the Republic of Cyprus. SEC. 3. FINDINGS. Congress finds the following: (1) Israel has been designated as a Major Non-NATO Ally under U.S. law since 1987 and its partnership with the U.S. is critical to the protection of U.S. interests in the Eastern Mediterranean and the surrounding regions. (2) The Department of State describes Israel as ``a great partner to the United States'' with an ``unbreakable bond'' that ``ha
