Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``No Visas for Anti-Semitic Students Act''. SEC. 2. VISA REVOCATION OR DENIAL FOR STUDENTS ENGAGING IN ANTISEMITIC ACTIVITIES. (a) In General.--The Secretary of State shall revoke or deny a visa under subparagraph (F) or (M) of section 101(a)(15) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(15)) to any alien who, on or after the date of enactment of this Act-- (1) engages in prohibited antisemitic conduct; and (2) is determined by the Secretary of State, pursuant to section 237(a)(4)(C)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1227(a)(4)(C)(i)), to pose potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States through such conduct. (b) Definitions.--In this section: (1) Antisemitism.--The term ``antisemitism'' means the definition adopted on May 26, 2016, by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance, of which the United States is a member, as adopted by the Department of State, including the ``contemporary examples of antisemitism'' identified therein. (2) Prohibited antisemitic conduct.--The term ``prohibited antisemitic conduct'' means-- (A
