Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Nonprofit Security Grant Program Transparency Act''. SEC. 2. REPORTS UNDER THE NONPROFIT SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM. Subsection (e) of section 2009 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 609a) is amended to read as follows: ``(e) Reports.-- ``(1) Pre-grant information.--Not later than seven days before the Administrator makes in a fiscal year a set of one or more grants under this section, the Administrator shall submit to the Committee on Homeland Security of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate a report that includes information relating to the following: ``(A) The number of applications in such y
