Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Department of Homeland Security Intelligence and Analysis Training Act''. SEC. 2. FORMALIZED AND STANDARDIZED TRAINING CURRICULA. (a) In General.--Section 201 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 121) is amended by-- (1) redesignating subsections (f) and (g) as subsections (g) and (h), respectively; and (2) inserting after subsection (e) the following new subsection: ``(f) Office of Intelligence and Analysis Employee Training.-- ``(1) Standardized training.--The Secretary, acting through the Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis, shall implement a standardized entry-level basic intelligence training curricula for all employees of the Office of Intelligence and Analysis.
