Failing Bank Acquisition Fairness Act

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Failing Bank Acquisition Fairness Act''. SEC. 2. CONCENTRATION LIMIT EXCEPTIONS ONLY AVAILABLE TO AVOID SERIOUS ADVERSE ECONOMIC OR FINANCIAL EFFECTS. (a) Concentration Limits With Respect to Deposits.-- (1) Federal deposit insurance act.--The Federal Deposit Insurance Act (12 U.S.C. 1811 et seq.) is amended-- (A) in section 18(c)(13)-- (i) by amending subparagraph (B) to read a
