Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``SBIR Administrative Funding Act''. SEC. 2. EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION OF ASSISTANCE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE, OVERSIGHT, AND CONTRACT PROCESSING COSTS FOR SBIR AND STTR PROGRAMS. (a) In General.--Section 9(mm) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 638(mm)) is amended-- (1) by designating the text of paragraph (1) as subparagraph (A); and (2) in paragraph (1)-- (A) by redesignating subparagraphs (A) through (L) as clauses (i) through (xii), respectively; (B) by striking ``September 30, 2025'' and inserting ``September 30, 2030''; (C) by striking ``3 percent'' and inserting ``3.3 percent''; and (D) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: ``(B) Transfer of funds.-- ``(i) In general.--Not later than 2 months after the date of the enactment of an Act provi
