Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Ending DOGE Conflicts Act''. SEC. 2. REQUIREMENTS FOR, AND PROHIBITIONS ON, CERTAIN SPECIAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES. (a) In General.--Upon the date of the enactment of this Act, any special Government employee (as that term is defined in section 202 of title 18, United States Code) who is the owner, co
