Campus Housing Affordability for Foster Youth Act

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Campus Housing Affordability for Foster Youth Act''. SEC. 2. REMOVAL OF PROHIBITION ON HOUSING ASSISTANCE TO STUDENTS. Section 327(a) of the Transportation, Treasury, Housing and Urban Development, the Judiciary, the District of Columbia, and Independent Agencies Appropriations Act, 2006 (Public Law 109-115; 119 Stat. 2506) is amended-- (1) by striking paragraph (1); and (2) by redesignating paragraphs (2) through (6) as (1) through (5), respectively.
