Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Brand USA Restoration Act''. SEC. 2. APPROPRIATION TO TRAVEL PROMOTION FUND. There are appropriated for fiscal year 2026, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $80,000,000, to be deposited into the Travel Promotion Fund established by subsection (d) of the Travel Promotion Act of 2009 (22 U.S.C. 2131(d)). <all>
