Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Tracking and Restricting Adversarial Circumvention of Embargoes Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. REPORTING REQUIREMENT. (a) In General.--Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Intelligence shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees and Secretary of the Treasury a report analyzing oil and ballistic missile-related transactions between the People's Republic of China and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
