Increase penalties for companion animal cruelty offenses
To amend sections 955.54 and 959.99 and to enact section 959.23 of the Revised Code to increase the penalties for violating companion animal cruelty offenses and to prohibit a felony animal abuse offender from owning a companion animal in certain circumstances.
