Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Veterans Career Connection Act''. SEC. 2. VETERANS TRANSITION TALENT HUB. Chapter 41 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by inserting, before section 4112, the following new section 4111 (and amending the table of sections at the beginning of such chapter accordingly): ``Sec. 4111. Veterans Transition Talent Hub ``(a) Establishment.--The Secretary shall carry out a program to provide information regarding an individual described in subsection (b) to an entity that seeks to employ an individual with skills or experience possessed by such an individual. Such program shall be referred to as the `Veterans Transition Talent Hub'. ``(b) Covered Individuals.--An individual described in this subsection is an individual who-- ``(1) elects to participate in the program under this section; and ``(2) is--
