Stop Wall Street Landlords Act of 2026

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Stop Wall Street Landlords Act of 2026''. SEC. 2. DISALLOWANCE OF DEDUCTION OF CERTAIN EXPENSES RELATED TO SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES HELD BY SPECIFIED LARGE INVESTORS.
