Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``National Domestic Preparedness Consortium Reauthorization Act''. SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF THE NATIONAL DOMESTIC PREPAREDNESS CONSORTIUM. Section 1204 of the Implementing Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Act of 2007 (6 U.S.C. 1102) is amended-- (1) in subsection (b)-- (A) in paragraph (3), by inserting ``/Academy of Counter-Terrorist Education'' after ``Training''; (B) in paragraph (4)-- (i) by striking ``Rescue'' and inserting ``Recovery''; and (ii) by striking ``University'' and inserting ``Engineering Extension Service''; (C) by amending paragraphs (5) and (6) to read as follows: ``(5) Counterterrorism Operations Support/Nevada Nuclear Security Sites under the National Nuclear Security Administration; ``(6) MxV Learning Institute in Pueblo, Colorado;''; (D) in paragraph (7), by striking the period at the end and inserting ``; and''; and (E) by adding at the end the following: ``(8) the Rural Domestic Preparedness Consortium of the Center for Rural Development, Somerset, Kentucky.''; (2) in subsection (c)-- (A) by striking ``and tribal'' and inserting ``tribal, and territorial public safety and''; (B) by striking ``at the performance an
