Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Access to Birth Control Act''. SEC. 2. FINDINGS. Congress finds as follows: (1) Family planning is basic health care. Access to contraception helps people determine if and when to become pregnant. Contraception is also a cornerstone of reproductive autonomy and can help people
