Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``American Decade of Sports Act''. SEC. 2. MEGA-DECADE SPORTS DIPLOMACY STRATEGY. (a) Submission.-- (1) Initial strategy.--Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Assistant Secretary for Educational and Cultural Affairs of the Department of State shall submit to the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives and Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate a 5-year sports diplomacy strategy to strategically leverage the major spor
