Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Sickle Cell Disease and Other Heritable Blood Disorders Research, Surveillance, Prevention, and Treatment Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. SICKLE CELL DISEASE TREATMENT PREVENTION AND TREATMENT. (a) In General.--Section 1106(b) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300b-5(b)) is amended-- (1) in paragraph (1)(A)(iii), by striking ``prevention and treatment of sickle cell disease'' and inserting ``treatment of sickle cell disease and the prevention and treatment of complications of sickle cell disease''; (2) in paragraph (2)(D), by striking ``prevention and treatment of sickle cell disease'' and inserting ``treatment of sickle cell disease and the prevention and treatment of complications of sickle cell disease''; (3) in paragraph (3)-- (A) in subparagraph (A), by striking ``enter into a contract with'' and inserting ``make a grant to, or enter into a contract or cooperative agreement with,''; and (B) in subparagraph (B), in each of clauses (ii) and (iii), by striking ``prevention and treatment of sickle cell d
