Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. REPEAL OF CONFLICT MINERAL DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS. (a) In General.--Subsection (p) of section 13 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78m) is hereby repealed. (b) Conforming Amendments.--The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (12 U.S.C. 5301 et seq.) is amended-- (1) by striking section 1502; and (2) in the table of contents in section 1(b) of such Act, by striking the item relating to section 1502.
