Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Expel Illegal Chinese Police Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. SANCTIONS WITH RESPECT TO POLICE DEPARTMENTS IN THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA. (a) In General.--On and after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall impose-- (1) the sanctions described in subsection (b)(1) with respect to any foreign person the President determines is-- (A) a provincial, municipal, or other jurisdictional police department or law enforcement institution in the People's Republic of China, including the provincial police departments of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and Fujian; (B) a member of the senior leadership of a department or institution described in subparagraph (A); (
