Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Support Our Farmers and Ranchers Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. PAYMENTS TO AGRICULTURAL PRODUCERS. (a) Definitions.--In this section: (1) Covered commodity.--The term ``covered commodity'' means a covered commodity (as defined in section 1111 of the Agricultural Act of 2014 (7 U.S.C. 9011)) produced for harvest, haying, grazing, silage, or other similar purposes. (2) Eligible agricultural producer.--The term ``eligible agricultural producer'' means a person that is a producer of, and has an invested interest in input expenses for, a covered commodity, a specialty crop, livestock, or poultry. (3) Livestock.--The term ``livestock'' means livestock (as defined in section 780.120 of title 29, Code of Federal Regulations (as in effect on the date of enactment of this Act)) produced for meat or milk. (4) Poultry.--The term ``poultry'' means chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, and other domestic fowl-- (A) ordinarily raised or used on a farm; and (B) produced for meat or eggs. (5) Qualifying tariff proceeds.--The term ``qualifying tariff proceeds'' means the revenues received in t
