Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Feed Our Veterans Act''. SEC. 2. RESTORATION OF EXEMPTION OF VETERANS FROM A WORK REQUIREMENT. Section 6(o)(3) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2015(o)(3)) is amended-- (1) in subparagraph (F) by striking ``or'' at the end, (2) in subparagraph (G) by striking the period at the end and inserting ``; or'', and (3) by adding at the end the following: ``(H) a veteran.''. <all>
