Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Ensuring Continued Access to Funding for Colonias Act''. SEC. 2. AMENDMENT TO THE COLONIA SET-ASIDE PROGRAM. Section 916(e)(4) of the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 5306 note) is amended by striking ``1,000,000'' and inserting ``2,000,000''. <all>
