Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Streamlining Permitting to Enable Efficient Deployment for Broadband Infrastructure Act of 2025'' or the ``SPEED for Broadband Infrastructure Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. EXEMPTION FROM REVIEW FOR CERTAIN COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES. Title I of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 151 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``SEC. 14.
