Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Military Air Traffic Control Transition Act''. SEC. 2. JOINT AVIATION EMPLOYMENT TRAINING WORKING GROUP. Section 425 of the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024 (Public Law 118- 63) is amended-- (1) in subsection (c)-- (A) in paragraph (4) by striking ``; and'' and inserting a semicolon; (B) in paragraph (5) by striking the period at the end and inserting ``; and''; and (C) by adding at the end the following: ``(6) develop recommendations in consultation with the exclusive bargaining representatives of air traffic control specialists of the Federal Aviation Administration certified under section 7111 of title 5, United States Code, to improve the transition of civilian air traffic control specialists under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of Defense into the Department of Transportatio
