Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Domestic Jobs Protection Act''. SEC. 2. DEFINITION OF UNAUTHORIZED ALIEN. Section 274A(h)(3) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1324a(h)(3)) is amended by striking ``or by the Attorney General''. <all>
