Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Iranian Terror Prevention Act''. SEC. 2. DESIGNATION AS FTO; IMPOSITION OF SANCTIONS. (a) Designation as FTO.--Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State shall designate as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1189(a)) each of the following: (1) Abu Fadl al-Abbas Brigades. (2) Badr Organization. (3) Fatemiyoun Brigade. (4) Harakat Hezbollah al-Nujaba. (5) Kata'ib al-Imam Ali. (6) Kata'ib Jund al-Imam. (7) Kata'ib Sayyad al Shuhada. (8) Sarayya al-Jihad. (9) Sarayya Khorasani. (10) Zainabiyoun Brigade. (11) Salah al-Din Brigade. (12) Turkmen Brigades. (13) Babylon Brigades. (14) Iraqi Popular M
