Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Disqualifying Dual Loyalty Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON ELECTION OF ANY PERSON HOLDING FOREIGN CITIZENSHIP. No person, without regard to whether that person is a United States national, may be elected to the office of Representative or Senator if that person is a national of any country other than the United States. <all>
