Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Improving the Enlisted to Officer Judge Advocate Program Act''. SEC. 2. MODIFICATION TO MAXIMUM YEARS OF SERVICE FOR ELIGIBILITY DETAIL AS A STUDENT AT A LAW SCHOOL. (a) Modification.--Section 2004(b)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended-- (1) in subparagraph (A)-- (A) in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking ``detailed pursuant to subsection (a)(1)'' and inserting ``with respect to whom the Secretary of a military department is providing funding for educational expenses in accordance with subsection (a)(2)''; and (B) in clause (ii), by striking ``eight years'' and inserting ``10 years''; and (2) in subparagraph (B) in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking ``detailed pursuant to subsection (a)(2)'' and inserting ``with respect to whom the Secretary of a military d
