Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Retirement Investment Choice Act''. SEC. 2. CODIFICATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER 14330. Executive Order 14330 (90 Fed. Reg. 38921; relating to democratizing access to alternative assets for 401(k) investors) shall have the force and effect of law. <all>
