Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Small Communities Transit Improvement Act''. SEC. 2. INCREASE PERCENTAGE OF FORMULA FOR SMALL TRANSIT INTENSIVE CITIES. Section 5336(h)(3) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking ``3 percent'' and inserting ``5 percent''. <all>
